- Earnings are only final once our partners confirm the task.
- Breaking the rules can lead to a ban and loss of your balance.

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and KiwiBucks. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use KiwiBucks.
2. Who can use KiwiBucks
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may have only one account. One account is allowed per person, household and device.
- You must give true and correct information when you sign up and when you complete tasks.
- Some tasks and payment methods are only available in certain countries.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password and contact us right away.
4. Earning money
You earn money by completing games, apps, surveys and other tasks. Each task shows its reward in US dollars before you start.
- Tasks are provided by third-party partners. Your reward is added once the partner confirms you completed the task.
- Some rewards stay pending for a short review before they can be withdrawn.
- If a partner later reverses a task, for example because it was not completed as required, we remove that reward from your balance.
- Your balance cannot be moved to another account or sold.
- Reward amounts are set by our partners and can change at any time.
5. Withdrawals
- Each payment method has its own minimum, starting at $5.00. The Withdraw page shows the minimum for each one.
- Make sure your payment details are correct. We are not responsible for payments sent to a wrong address or email you entered.
- We review withdrawals before sending them. Most are sent within 24 hours, but a review can take longer.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or account before paying.
- We can refuse or cancel a withdrawal if we find a breach of these terms.
6. Referrals
You can invite people with your referral link and earn a bonus from what they earn. Referring yourself, your other accounts or people who do not really use the site is not allowed. Referral earnings from accounts that break the rules are removed.
7. What is not allowed
- Creating or using more than one account.
- Using VPNs, proxies, emulators or anything that hides your real location or device.
- Using bots, scripts or automation to complete tasks.
- Giving fake or random answers in surveys, or using fake details in tasks.
- Abusing bugs to get money you did not earn. Please report bugs to us instead.
- Spamming your referral link or harassing other users or staff.
8. Suspension and closing accounts
If you break these terms, we can suspend or close your account and remove any earnings gained by breaking them. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review your case.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Withdraw your balance first, because any remaining balance is lost when the account is closed.
9. Third-party partners
Tasks, games and surveys come from other companies. When you use them, you also follow their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their apps or websites and are not responsible for them.
10. Liability
KiwiBucks is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and pay on time, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount of your available balance.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make important changes, we will tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
